FAQ

  • After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll follow up with payment instructions and shipping details. Once payment is received, we’ll proceed with your order.

  • Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

    All our packages are shipped straight from our Studio in Warsaw.

  • Yes, you can cancel your order until the package is sent out. If you wish to proceed with cancellation, contact us via merch@supersuper.pl

  • Unfortunately, we don’t have a shopping cart feature available. Please place individual orders for each item.

  • We accept regular bank transfers for payment. After placing your order, you’ll receive a follow-up message with payment details.

  • You are entitled to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days without stating a reason. Ensure you send your withdrawal notice before the end of this period to meet the deadline.

  • We offer shipping to Poland and the EU. For orders within Poland, we use Inpost services costing 20.99 PLN. EU orders are shipped via DPD, see below for the rates.
